1.1. Phonecards.se is a website operated by Pivotel AB (hereinafter referred to as “Pivotel”, “Phonecards.se”, "us" or ”we”), a company registered in Sweden under registration number 556903-8812 and located at Hammarby Alle 40, 120 61 Stockholm, Sweden.

1.3. Pivotel can be reached for any question regarding those Terms and Conditions and matters connected to orders and purchase at the following email address: support@phonecards.se.

1.4. These Terms and Conditions govern the selling terms of all orders placed by customer(s) (hereinafter referred to as “you” or the “Customer”) on the domain Phonecards.se, any sub-domains, mobile websites or the mobile application, from the moment you place an order until payment and delivery. By ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please make sure you have read and understood them before placing an order. The Customer and Pivotel are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

1.5. Pivotel reserves itself the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The new version will not be retroactive, and the Parties shall only be bound by the Terms & Conditions which are online the day the order is placed.
2.1. Phonecards on sale on phonecards.se are provided by different telecom operators or suppliers.

2.2. All information on minute lists for different cards and their local, free, or mobile number is provided by the telecom carrier/service provider of that card. Phonecards.se always strives to present correct and updated information about all cards sold through this site, but Phonecards.se cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information. Phonecards.se cannot be held liable for any transaction carried out by you based on the information presented on this website.
3.1. By placing an order on the Site, you are offered to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions

3.2. You must be at least 16 years of age and ensure that all the details you provide to us are accurate.

3.3. The parties agree that the photos of the products for sale on the website have no contractual value.

3.4. Phonecards.se retains the right to refuse any purchase request made by you for legitimate grounds such as, for example, if we are not able to process your payment or if a product becomes out of stock. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email, as described under provision 3.5.

3.5. Our Site will guide you step by step for finalizing your purchase and placing your order. You will be informed with a recap detailing the substantial information of your order before placing your purchase. We strongly recommend you to check all the details of your order before placing your purchase as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your details afterwards.

3.6. You will receive an email with the details of your purchase, pin code and calling instruction once you have placed and paid for an order on the Site. You will also receive the pin code and batch number of the card via sms if you have given your phone number as an additional delivery method during the order process.

3.7. You will also receive a separate email with receipt for your order to the email given during order.
4.1. Prices stated on the Site apply to all orders made through the Site. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

4.2. PIVOTEL has the right to change or update information at any time without any warning, including errors with prices, details and descriptions which appear on the Site.

4.3. If an incorrect information has been specified for any product you have purchased, do not hesitate to contact our customer service under the conditions laid down in provision 1.3 of these Terms and Conditions.

4.4. Card Payments: If you choose a card payment at checkout, after you click on the shopping button, you will be transferred to a secure payment page where you complete your purchase. The money is deducted from the card you use, and there is no extra charge to pay by card. We accept Mastercard and Visa. Direct Bank Payments are handled via Payson. Payment is easy and safe with Payson. Even if you do not already have a Payson Account, you can quickly make the transaction via Payson. Payson collaborates with VISA, MasterCard and all Swedish banks offering direct payments, Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB, Nordea and Danske Bank. Payson has high security requirements and is PCI certified by Trustwave, an international organization for secure e-commerce. 4.5. All payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the payment service provider you have chosen. If the provider refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment, you will then be notified by email and/or during checkout.

4.6. If the provider refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorize payment, the order will be cancelled, and you will then be notified during checkout.
5.1. If you experience a problem while using your phone card or if you are not satisfied with the card you bought, you should get in touch with the service provider of the card. Every card has a customer service number that you receive with your PIN code.

5.2. Phonecards.se does not guarantee refund on already delivered or used PIN codes. We try to refund where possible on un-used pin codes. The process for refund can take up to 10 working days where we send the pin code to the operator of the phone card who after checking that pin has not already been in use, block the pin and issue a refund to us. Once we have received the refund from phone card operator then we issue the refund to you.
6.1. We make no warranties in relation to this Site or the information, materials, contents made available. We do not warrant that the Site will be continuously available, or the information on this Site is true, non-misleading or accurate.

6.2. Any information and contents on the Site should not be construed as PIVOTEL giving advice of any kind.
7.1. We take all complaints very seriously and try to resolve disputes as soon as they arise. Customers wishing to make a complaint are encouraged to contact our customer care team as soon as possible via support@phonecards.se

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with Swedish law.

9.2. Contracts concluded through the Site as well as any dispute arising out or in connection from them shall be governed by Swedish law. An amicable solution (through an ombudsman system) shall be considered before any judicial remedies. In the event where this solution would fail, Swedish courts shall have a non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out from these Terms and Conditions. This provision shall not deprive European consumers from their national statutory rights.

9.3. In the event of a dispute or claim associated with these Terms and Conditions, we will comply with the decision of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints or the corresponding authority in the respective country.
