Lost or Invalid PIN
Make sure that you are dialling the same PIN code number that is given in your email. If still invalid please try and call the customer service number of the card company that came with the email with your pin. If you are having difficulty contacting them send us an email with your order number, email at which the PIN code was sent and the Card name and date of purchase at support@phonecards.se and we will contact the carrier on your behalf or replace your pin. |

Exchange and Return Policy
To buy a phone card from us is similar to buying a physical card and scratching the PIN code. Thus once the PIN code is delivered, we cannot refund or exchange. All sales are final. |

Phone card problems / Issues
Our Goal at Phonecards.se is to make every effort for complete customer satisfaction. If you any complaints about the number of minutes, PIN code, access numbers or any other issues, we suggest you also contact the customer service of that particular card. Any complaints received by us are also forwarded to the actual service provider of the card, as we are only the distributor for such phone cards not the actual service provider. The support information for each card is provided along with the PIN code email. You can also find the same information on our website just by going to that specific card page.
